Grace S. Bellomy, President
Grace is an attorney with 20+ years experience in employment
law, securities fraud, complex litigation, and appellate
practice. She received her J.D. degree from the University
of Houston Law Center in 1985; and began her legal career with the New
York firm of Haight, Gardner, Poor & Havens (now Holland &
Knight LLP) She has appeared before the Texas
Supreme Court and other state and federal courts. She is
admitted to practice in the US
District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Southern Districts
of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Ms. Bellomy's experience includes litigation in the following
areas: business and contract disputes; defense of
employers against federal ADA, ADEA, Title VII and sexual
harassment claims; defense of international ocean shipping
disputes; seamen's wage claims; prosecution and defense of
securities fraud claims; defense of trade secrets, unfair
competition claims; defense of federal MDL (multi-district
litigation).
